At MQA, we’re dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, with a strong focus on supporting our Trans, Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC), and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community members.

We provide a range of services including individual therapy, support groups, mobile rapid STI testing, financial and resource assistance, community trainings, and advocacy/case management.

We center the voices of those most marginalized, promoting healing, resilience, and justice through compassionate care, advocacy, and community connection.
