We provide affirming, inclusive, and accessible mental health care, peer support, and case management services in Helena, Montana
Our mission is to empower and support LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, with an emphasized commitment to our Trans, Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC), and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) neighbors. We acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Niitsitapi (Blackfeet), Apsáalooke (Crow), Salish, Pend d’Oreille, and Kootenai Nations.
MQA strives to center the voices and experiences of those most marginalized, promoting healing, resilience, and justice through compassionate care, advocacy, and community engagement.
