Montana Queer Alliance

At MQA, our mission is to uplift the safety, identity, and well-being of LGBTQIA2s+ and BIPOC people across rural and tribal Montana by providing culturally responsive advocacy and care and community-driven programs that build long-term relationships and resilience.

We provide a range of services including individual therapy, support groups, mobile rapid STI testing, financial and resource assistance, community trainings, and advocacy/case management.

We center the voices of those most marginalized, promoting healing, resilience, and justice through compassionate care, advocacy, and community connection.
